Terms Of Service / Termos de ServiçoEnglish:Commissioning the artist must mean you've read and agreed to the following conditions
PAYMENT
• Full payment is required after I have made the sketch, and the cliend approved it.
• Paypal only (USD based)
• There will be no refunds from the client side whatsoever. Please be certain you wish to purchase my services before doing so.
• Refund may be given if I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.
• If a refund is made, the artist will have the full right to recycle/reuse the art.
REFERENCES
• Provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece. Both visual and written references are accepted. (written references must be specific to have a smoother process)
REVISIONS
• I don't do major revisions like changing the concept and character after you approve the sketch. So when I'm in the sketch phase, it's the time that you have to discuss your ideas with me.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Artworks may take 7-14 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
• Deadlines are accepted as long as you warn the artist beforehand.
• I will update you directly about the artwork or delays.
• The artist is a student therefore the schedule may change.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
• Commissioned art may be used for personal use but cannot claim it as their work. Reposting the commissioned art online is allowed but you must credit me.
• I own all the rights to the artwork along with the rights to post my artwork to promote myself and my art.
• It is prohibited to use my artwork for commercial use, unless we discuss about it first.

São aceitas referências visuais e escritas. (as referências escritas devem ser mais específicas para um processo mais tranquilo)REVISÕES• Não faço grandes revisões, como mudar o conceito e o personagem depois da aprovação o esboço. Então, quando estou na fase de esboço, é o momento de você discutir suas ideias detalhadamente comigo.PRAZOS E ENTREGA• As artes podem levar de 7 a 14 dias para serem concluídas, dependendo da complexidade da mesma.
• Prazos são aceitos desde que avisado previamente o artista.
• Irei atualizá-lo diretamente sobre a arte ou atrasos.
• O artista é estudante portanto o horário poderá sofrer alterações.DIREITOS AUTORAIS / POLÍTICA DE USO• A arte encomendada pode ser usada para uso pessoal, mas não pode reivindicá-la como seu de sua autoria. É permitido repostar a arte encomendada online, mas você deve me dar os créditos.
• Eu possuo todos os direitos sobre a obra de arte, bem como os direitos de publica-la para promover a mim mesmo e a minha arte.
• É proibido usar meu trabalho artístico para uso comercial, a menos que haja um acordo sobre isso.
